VIP Card

MY SIZE VIP GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       A customer will become entitled to a $50 Gift Voucher after $1,100 worth of purchases.

2.       The Card must be used for purchases to record and validate against the program, Mail Order customers will be required to quote their VIP Card number when making purchases over the phone.

3.       Customers must produce the Card and Voucher to be able to redeem VIP Shopping Vouchers, Mail Order customers will be required to quote their VIP Card and Voucher numbers when redeeming their vouchers over the phone.

4.       VIP Shopping Vouchers can only be used on full price merchandise.

5.       To be entitled to a voucher a customer must spend a total of $1,100 over a period of 12 months or less; vouchers will be issued for all purchases made in the previous 12 months period.

6.       Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.       Vouchers have a six months expiry date.

8.       Purchases of full price merchandise only will be credited towards the program.

9.       Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

10.   Dollar values of lay bys will be credited upon final payment.

11.   Vouchers are not redeemable against the program itself (i.e. the balance).

12.   Goods bought on the program and subsequently returned for credit will be deducted from the balance.

13.   VIP Cards are not transferable.

14.   VIP Cards must be presented for each purchase. If you forget to bring your VIP Card you will need to produce ID for the purchase to be credited to your name.

15.   Lost or stolen Cards will be replaced by MY SIZE Head Office.

16.   MY SIZE reserves the right at all times, subject to applicable laws, to make any changes to the rights and privileges under the VIP Program and these terms & conditions.

17.   Subject to applicable laws, MY SIZE will not be liable to any loss or damage suffered by a customer as a result of any changes.

18.   MY SIZE will use its reasonable endeavours to give customers at least 3 months notice of any change which materially limits credits previously offered.

19.   Employees and the immediate families of MY SIZE employees, its associates and agencies are not eligible to participate.
